10+ hours of pre-flight programming
In our Sydney lab, every device is unboxed, paired and labelled. Every camera angle is set. Every Apple Home scene is built and tested against your floorplan. Every cable is identified and tagged. By the time your system is boxed up for delivery, it's already working — we just need to plug it into your power and data.
Apple Home, configured to your home
We don't hand you a box of devices and an app. We build Apple Home scenes around how you actually live: Welcome Home, Movie Night, Goodnight, Away. We name every light, camera and switch so when you say “turn off the kitchen,” it does exactly that. No app-juggling, no setup tutorials.
Enterprise-grade network, not consumer guesswork
Your home runs on UniFi gear — the same equipment that runs serious offices. We configure VLANs (so your IoT devices can't see your laptop), guest WiFi (for visitors), and WPA3 encryption. None of this is something you'd figure out from a YouTube tutorial, and it's the foundation that keeps the whole system reliable for years.
Six months of direct support
The first six months after handover are the most important — that's when you discover what scenes you actually want. We're on email and phone, no ticketing system, no offshore call centre. We'll tune your system based on how you live, not how we assumed you would.
What happens when you order
- Day 0 — You place the order. We confirm cabling requirements with your electrician.
- Week 1 — Hardware arrives in our Sydney lab. We assemble the rack, flash firmware, name every device, and pre-program your scenes.
- Week 2 — System ships to your site, pre-wired and labelled. Your electrician (or our team) connects it to power and data.
- Day of handover — We do a walkthrough of Apple Home with you. Lights, security, intercom — everything just works.
Installation isn't included in this price. We can quote that separately or your electrician can use the included instructions. Every cable is labelled and every device is pre-paired, so the install is a half-day job rather than a fortnight.
