What makes it different

Most smart-home installs are a multi-week assembly job on site — a different tradesperson for each device, each app to download, each system to configure. The Pro arrives finished.

• Pre-programmed in our lab. Every component is bench-tested, named, and assigned its scene before it ships. Lights, blinds, climate, cameras and intercom all appear in your Apple Home from day one.
• Whisper-quiet rack. A 14RU enclosed rack hides the brain of your home in a closet or store. No spaghetti on display.
• Enterprise WiFi, not consumer. A UniFi Dream Machine Pro with three U6+ access points blankets a 4-5 bedroom home in mesh WiFi 6 — engineered for AV, video calls and 100+ smart devices simultaneously.
• Continuously updated. We remote-monitor your system from our Sydney office. If something goes offline, we usually see it before you do.

What happens when you order

• Day 0: You place the order. We confirm cabling requirements with your electrician.
• Week 1: Hardware lands in our Sydney lab. We assemble the rack, flash all firmware, name every device, and pre-program the scenes you've requested.
• Week 2: The system ships to your site, pre-wired and labelled. Your electrician (or our team if you've added installation) connects it to your data and power runs.
• Day of handover: We do a virtual walkthrough of Apple Home with you. Lights, security, intercom — everything just works.

Installation isn't included in this price — we can quote it separately, or your electrician can use the included instructions. Either way, every cable is labelled and every device is pre-paired so the install is a half-day job, not a fortnight.
