Our flagship installation service for Plug n Play smart-home systems. One licensed Sydney install — cabling, mounting, programming, and a sit-down walkthrough.

What's included

• Site survey + cabling plan — our integrator visits before install day and maps every cable run, mounting point and rack location with you and your builder/electrician.
• Cabling — Cat6A runs from the rack location to every access point, camera, intercom, iPad mount and switch position. Tested, labelled and terminated to commercial standard.
• Hardware installation — mounting and powering up the rack, access points, cameras, intercom, and iPad SnapMount(s) from your Plug n Play kit.
• Smart-home programming — naming every device, assigning rooms in Apple Home, configuring scenes (e.g. Welcome Home, Movie Night, Goodnight), and pairing all devices with your residents’ Apple ID.
• Network configuration — VLANs, guest WiFi, parental controls if requested, automated firmware updates.
• Handover walkthrough — 60-minute session with you (in person or via video) covering how to control your system, what each scene does, and how to add devices later.
• Six-month support window — direct email/phone access to our team for tweaks, questions, or programming changes.

What's not included

• The Plug n Play kit itself (purchased separately)
• Electrical work that requires a licensed electrician (we can refer or coordinate)
• Structural cabling work in already-finished walls (we’ll quote separately if required)
• Travel outside Sydney metro

Most installs are completed in 2-3 days on site. We’ll confirm timing during the site survey.
