About this product
Start with robot® Plan. Mark up your electrical layout online in minutes — lights, switches, cameras, powerpoints. Send us the plan and we'll build to it.
The Partner Exclusive is for homes where the smart hardware is already chosen and being installed — by your builder, your electrician, or you. The Plug n Play Pro and Elite tiers supply the full kit; the Partner Exclusive supplies the brain that makes everything work as one.
What's included
- iPad (11", Wi-Fi) — wall-mounted as your home's permanent command surface
- robot® Smart Hub — the always-on integration brain that bridges anything that isn't natively HomeKit

What's not included
The bulk of the hardware — lighting, cameras, blinds, climate, door locks. You already have these, or your builder or electrician is supplying them. The Partner Exclusive is the layer that turns individual devices into a home that thinks for itself.
How it works
We scope your existing devices over a quick call. We pre-configure the iPad and the Smart Hub at our Sydney lab. We come on site to commission — typically a half-day to a day — and walk you through the final result. All Apple Home structure, scenes, automations, and partner handover included.
