C-Bus hardware is incredibly robust, but after 10–15 years, specific components reach their end-of-life. We diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom.
The "Dead" Network
If your switches are completely dark and nothing responds, your Burden or Power Supply (5500PS) has likely failed. We carry spare DIN-rail power supplies to get the pink "C-Bus Heartbeat" back instantly.
The Rhythmic "Clicking"
A rapid clicking sound from your electrical cupboard usually means a Relay (5512RVF) or Dimmer (L5508D1A) is struggling to boot. This is often caused by failing internal capacitors. We can swap these units out and reload your programming file on-site.
Intermittent "Ghost" Switching
Lights turning on by themselves? This is often a "corrupt unit" or a Mains Filter issue. We use C-Bus Toolkit to run a network scan, identifying the specific unit that is "screaming" on the bus and causing the interference.
